James bought a new dvd player today, and we had trouble hooking it up. A toll-free number was included for assistance, so Samuel called it up...
She was not any help, but this funny line was given to him, "Unplug your dvd player for one hour, so it can reprogram itself."
Samuel asked, "It will reprogram itself without power?"
"Yes." she assured him.
Needless to say we got it working without her help.
